SCSH knows finding a place to live, especially after moving out of the dorms, can be daunting, so we keep the rental process as simple as possible. Call or email us to set up a showing of the property that is right for you. Once you’ve toured a place that you like, you’ll receive information from one of our property managers on how to apply and secure that property for you and your group.

Once we review and approve your documents you’ll receive a lease to sign, along with information on how to pay the deposit that is required for the property. After that the place is yours. Everything is done online for a responsible paperless experience. Once the rental process is complete no other forms or procedures will be required until you move in. It’s that simple!
